Vigan, Italy — The Tingshino Italian Delicatosession, the oldest and most popular Italian deli in Italy, is now closed for good.
Owner Andrea Giorgetti was on vacation when he noticed that the place was suffering from a severe drought, so he decided to make the best of the situation and opened a new restaurant.
He said the new restaurant, Tingsho Delicato, is going to open as soon as the restaurant can be reopened, although it will be in Tingshi.
The new restaurant is located at the corner of Tinghanoni and Tinghi, where a few shops are located.
The original Tingsha Italian Deli in Tindi, Italy, reopened in 2008.
Since then, Tinghs original owners have left behind several other Italian restaurants.
